Completed in mid 2017. Working alongside Neil Davies Architects this lower ground floor apartment was brought into the modern age with some exception architectural detailing, combined with services that were very well concealed within the fabric the property benefited from a generous outside living space that was expertly light to highlight the architectural features. The project is currently up for the Sunday Times’ British Homes Award for House Transformation of the year 2018
