Prospero Projects were brought onto this project by a major house builder to provide a full M&E design on behalf of their subcontractors assisting in the product selection and detailed drawings as well as offering upgrades on the clients performance specification. The project consisted of a number of flats, semi-detached houses and large family properties selling in excess of £1m each. This landmark development on the former site of Chelmsford’s St. John’s Hospital is less than two miles from the heart of the city centre. Though heralded as the official County Town of Essex, Chelmsford is in fact the only city within the county and is home to one of South East England’s fastest growing communities.
