We’ll act as your key point of contact for the project. That means, instead of chasing multiple parties for updates or questions, you just come to us. We’ll then liaise with the teams, get answers and make recommendations based on our experience.

Challenging changes
When you’re in the depths of a project, it can sometimes be easier to accept design changes suggested by contractors without question. To keep the realised building as close to the original design, we’ll challenge these suggestions. If there’s not a good reason, we’ll push back.
Internal expertise
We’re mechanical and electrical experts. We’ll ensure the design and build of your building services is as well-considered as the building itself. And that includes co-ordinating the supply of utilities.
