Completed in mid 2017. Working alongside Neil Davies Architects this change of use project consisted of taking a duplex commercial space situated within an old shoe factory and splitting it into two high-end residential units for the rental market. The property was in contention to win the Architects Journal Retrofit awards house between £250,000 & £500,000 2018.
