Prospero Projects first step into Revit with Stolon Studios has produced an exceptionally crafted set of residential properties in Forest Hill. Consisting of 4 Houses and 5 flats. The design for the site has allowed for maximum sunlight to enter the main courtyard that all 9 properties look into. With complex angles forming the roofs, and fully sloped ceilings in the upper floors, care was needed to be taken when selecting lighting.
The advantage in doing this project in Revit was the ability to cut through sections wherever required to allow for detailed design and location of ducts and pipes that would not be possible in simple plan view drawings. Full Mechanical & Electrical design along with project management and product procurement on behalf of the client are but a few of the services provided on this project
