Prospero Projects were brought onto this project by a major house builder to provide a full M&E design on behalf of their subcontractors assisting in the product selection and detailed drawings as well as offering upgrades on the client’s performance specification. The project consisted of 11 high-end 2 & 3 bedroom apartments across the road from Stamford Bridge.
