Project completed in 2020 having started the design process in 2015. This project will go down as one of Prospero Projects most demanding design projects to date. With 95% of the site landlocked, two very narrow entrances as the only means of access, an existing apartment spanning one entrance that requires demolition and to be rebuilt, a UK Power Networks Sub Station and to top it all off a complete basement dig across all 9 properties. Although very challenging it has so far been an enjoyable project to work on alongside Stolon Studio who have a very keen eye for detail. Full Mechanical & Electrical design carried out on this project as well as liaison with the utility companies to get the Sub Station moved.
