Completed in mid 2017. Working alongside Neil Davies Architects this change of use project consisted of taking a duplex commercial space situated within an old  shoe factory and splitting it into two high end residential units for the rental market. The property is currently in contention to win the Architects Journal Retrofit awards house between £250,000 & £500,000 2018
